Shipping Guidelines:

• Include a Equipment Repair Form/RMA form with a complete description of the problems being encountered.

• Provide your name, company name, phone and fax numbers, and shipping address.

• We will ship back to you UPS ground unless otherwise indicated.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover otherwise all repairs will be COD.  Business customers can apply for an open account.

• Please use a strong, properly sized box to protect your equipment.

• UPS requires that there be at least 3 inches of packing material on all sides of the equipment for adequate protection.
  

• Place the equipment in a sealed plastic bag so packing material will not get inside the machine.

• It is best to insure your equipment against damage or loss.
