We are Factory Authorized and offer  Dedicated Micros repairs for their Digital Sprite DVR's which include, BX2 repairs, DS2 repairs, ECO repairs, and all other models of Dedicated Micros DVRs.

When servicing Dedicated Micros DVR's, we will replace and upgrade your software to the latest version so you can be sure your unit is up to date. We can also upgrade your storage capacity to fit your needs. Please call for more information.

 Dome Camera Repairs:

We offer repair services for various brands of robotic PTZ Dome cameras. Our repairs will include general preventative maintenance along with replacing any defective parts which caused the camera to fail.
 

      PELCO REPAIRS
Pelco Repairs include the inspection of all plastic housing and mechanical components and if it is warranted, we will replace all such plastic parts to insure the camera is in like new condition after servicing. 
Pelco Repairs also include preventative maintenance to the CPU motherboard to insure proper operation.  All camera functions are tested thoroughly after servicing and the camera is set up for a overnight soak test.

    SENSORMATIC REPAIRS
Sensormatic repairs include the updating of the CPU boards firmware to the latest version along with preventative maintenance to the power supply and motherboards.  All motors will be thoroughly tested for proper operation and replaced if deemed necessary.

Timelapse VCRs:

Repairs include preventative maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to insure reliable operation.  When we do a refurbish on a VCR, we will replace video heads, belts, pinch rollers, clutches, head cleaners, bearings, some load gears, mode switches on some models, play idlers, tension bands, battery packs, repair circuitry problems to the component level, and include any factory upgrades all at no extra cost.  Please call for more information on pricing.

Testing Procedures & Quality Assurance:

Every unit serviced at our facility under goes a thorough and extensive quality assurance testing program.

 Every unit once repaired is tested and monitored for 12 to 48 hours.  After which each unit is then inspected electronically and mechanically.  This is called a soak test.

 We then advance the unit to the next stage, the cleaning station.  All the equipment is cleaned and checked cosmetically.

 "Info tip" tags are applied, and your equipment is then ready to be released and shipped back to you.
