Timelapse VCRs:

Repairs include preventative maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to insure reliable operation.  When we do a refurbish on a VCR, we will replace video heads, belts, pinch rollers, clutches, head cleaners, bearings, some load gears, mode switches on some models, play idlers, tension bands, battery packs, repair circuitry problems to the component level, and include any factory upgrades all at no extra cost.  Please call for more information on pricing.

Testing Procedures & Quality Assurance:

Every unit serviced at our facility under goes a thorough and extensive quality assurance testing program.

 Every unit once repaired is tested and monitored for 12 to 48 hours.  After which each unit is then inspected electronically and mechanically.  This is called a burn-in.

 We then advance the unit to the next stage, the cleaning station.  All the equipment is cleaned and checked cosmetically.

 "Info tip" tags are applied, and your equipment is then ready to be released and shipped back to you.
