Shipping Guidelines:

  • Include a EQUIPMENT REPAIR ORDER form with a complete description of the problems being encountered. arrow

  • Provide your name, company name, phone and fax numbers, and shipping address.

  • We will ship back to you UPS groundUPS LOGO unless otherwise indicated.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover otherwise all repairs will be COD.  Business customers can apply for an open account.

  • Please use a strong, properly sized box to protect your equipment.

  • UPS requires that there be at least 3 inches of packing material on all sides of the equipment for adequate protection. Please do not use packaging peanuts as they will not provide adequate protection for your equipment.  Use original packing foam or heavy duty bubble wrap.

  • Place the equipment in a sealed plastic bag so packing material will not get inside the machine.

  • It is best to insure your equipment against damage or loss.
